Lickety Split Air, Plumbing, Electric is looking for an HVAC Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The HVAC Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer communication, scheduling, answering phones and working side-by-side with our service techs to provide a great customer experience. On top of that, the HVAC Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the day to day operations of our front office and should have experience managing and prioritizing multiple tasks.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and a willingness to learn and take correction. Our office is incredibly supportive, positive, excited and driven. The HVAC Customer Service Representative will play a big role in helping to move the company forward, so we are looking for a candidate who is excited to make an impact. Manage customer communication through phone, text and emails
Communicate with customers and help facilitate service scheduling
Ensure a quality client experience by working with service technicians to execute service calls
Answering phones and helping schedule calls with dispatch team
Make sure all information is recorded accurately in customer database
Communicate with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
Assist technicians with estimate review, keeping customers informed of when estimates can be signed and scheduled
Offer support and solutions to customers
Other duties as requested
Previous HVAC CSR experience preferred
Familiarity with Service Titan software a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
