Lickety Split Air, Plumbing, Electric has an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our team in installing and repairing our client’s HVAC systems. As an HVAC Service Manager, you will collaborate closely with repair and install technicians, dispatch workers, and other supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction while achieving departmental objectives and goals. Managers often communicate directly with customers, vendors, and suppliers to provide accurate information on job or project status and needs. 

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and relationship building skills along with a team driven attitude and strong sense of ownership over their work. 

HVAC Service Manager Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC maintenance and service teams to ensure quality onsite

• Understand the sales criteria and hold your team accountable for exceeding revenue goals

• Review technician’s work to ensure quality meets established standards

• Organize training and ongoing support for service teams

• Recruit, interview, hire, and train HVAC technicians as required to meet workload demands

• Ensure compliance with safety standards 

• Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers’ requirements

• Other tasks and responsibilities as required to maintain efficient company operations

HVAC Service Manager Requirements

• Must have previous HVAC experience
• Possess excellent people and organizational skills
• Must be a team driven individual
• Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and assignments
• Must know how to manage processes to achieve challenging goals
• Must be a self-starter who is able to work independently
