Junior Digital Media Analyst Responsibilities:
- Campaign Setup and Maintenance: Assist with the setup, monitoring, and maintenance of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.). Ensure accurate implementation of tracking, targeting, and ad creative.
- Data Entry and Reporting Support: Collect and organize campaign data for internal reporting. Help prepare performance summaries and dashboards for senior team members and account managers.
- Quality Assurance: Perform basic QA tasks, including checking live ads, verifying proper tracking, and reviewing campaign components to ensure accuracy before launch.
- Learning and Platform Familiarity: Build foundational knowledge of key digital platforms and tools. Participate in internal training sessions to strengthen platform expertise and digital marketing concepts.
- Internal Collaboration: Support senior analysts and strategists by completing assigned backend tasks accurately and on time. Communicate any roadblocks or questions clearly and proactively.
- Documentation and Process Adherence: Follow internal processes and documentation standards to maintain campaign consistency and quality. Help keep internal records organized and up to date.
- Optimization Assistance: Shadow and assist senior team members with campaign optimizations. Learn how data informs decision-making and contribute to implementation under supervision.
- Growth Mindset: Stay curious and eager to learn about trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing. Take initiative in growing your skills through hands-on experience and feedback.
Junior Digital Media Analyst Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is required (equivalent proven professional experience may be considered in place of a degree)
- Google Ads Certification for Paid Search, Display, Demand Gen, Video, and Shopping Ads.
- Experience exceeding expectations and performing in a deadline-driven environment .
- Proven analytical and critical thinking skills.
