The Digital Marketing Analysts we hire are organized, creative, forward-thinking, accurate, and detail-oriented. Our ideal Digital Marketing Analyst must be able to innovate, analyze, and improve paid search advertising and targeted social media ad campaigns while providing first-class support to our clients.
Digital Marketing Analyst Responsibilities:
- Actively communicate and support our digital clients
- Onboard, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns
- Understand digital marketing as a big-picture strategy with multiple moving parts, not an isolated function
- Facilitate cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other teams
- Provide excellent customer service - both verbally and in writing
- Digital Performance Analysis: Utilize various analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) to monitor and analyze website traffic, user engagement, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.
- Campaign Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, social media, and SEM efforts, to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- A/B Testing and Experimentation: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize website design, content, and user experience, driving continuous improvement and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Audience Segmentation and Targeting: Develop and implement audience segmentation strategies based on demographic, behavioral, and psychographic data to enhance personalization and targeting efforts across digital channels.
Digital Marketing Analyst Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is required (equivalent proven professional experience may be considered in place of a degree)
- 1+ years of Google Ads & Microsoft Ads experience
- 1+ years of Facebook Advertising experience
- 1+ years of Google Analytics experience
- Proficiency using data visualization tools
- Proficiency using Google Tag Manager.
- Google Ads Certifications required
