We are looking for a Creative Director with extensive experience in paid media design and video production to lead our creative team and shape our brand strategy. This individual will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing creative campaigns that integrate data analytics and creativity to achieve optimal results. In addition to managing and inspiring our team of artists and designers, this individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our creative output aligns with our clients' goals and market trends.
Creative Director Responsibilities
- Lead Creative Brand Strategy
Develop and communicate a clear creative vision that aligns with the company's overall goals and brand identity, with a focus on paid media design and video advertising. - Team Leadership
Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals, including graphic designers, videographers, and content creators, while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages the generation of fresh, impactful ideas. - Conceptualize and Execute Campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines. - Video Production and Digital Marketing
Oversee and contribute to video production efforts, particularly in the OTT and CTV space.
Integrate video content with digital marketing strategies, including paid media, to maximize engagement and ROI. - Data-Driven Creative Decisions
Leverage data analytics to inform creative decisions and ensure that campaigns effectively reach target audiences and achieve business goals. - Stay Current with Industry Trends
Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative tools, particularly in video production and digital marketing, to maintain a competitive edge.
Creative Director Requirements
- Be able to work in-office at our headquarters in Louisville, KY.
- Proficient in Google Web Design.
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role, with a strong emphasis on paid media design, OTT and CTV video advertising, and video production.
- A strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and creative projects in the digital marketing or advertising space.
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, particularly in data-driven creative strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to push creative boundaries, think outside the box, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
