Key Account Sales Manager Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
Team Leadership and Mentorship:
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Cultivate a collaborative team culture focused on continuous improvement and success.
Key Account Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client needs and deliver effective solutions.
Sales Performance Analysis:
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to optimize sales performance and enhance team effectiveness.
Training and Development:
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for the sales team.
- Ensure team members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
Key Account Sales Manager Requirements
- Proven success in sales management, with a track record of driving team performance to meet or exceed targets.
- Exceptional mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing and advertising trends is a plus.
- Highly organized, motivated, and forward-thinking individual.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence effectively at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a new business development process from inception to closure.
