Account Coordinator

Salary Range:  $38000 - $48000 year

At J&L Marketing we create tools, digital campaigns, and events that enable businesses to maximize sales.  J&L Marketing was recently awarded Google’s Highest tier: Google Premier Status.  This accomplishment is earned by only the country's top 3% of Ad Agencies.  J&L Marketing is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our team who listens intently, executes with thoroughness, and provides first-class service to our clients.   

The Account Coordinator manages client relationships with dealerships, OEMs, vendor partners, and all internal departments of the company while fulfilling each component associated with a direct marketing campaign. This position reports to the Director of Operations, but works closely with the President, Sales Managers, Marketing Director, and Client Success Team.  

Account Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships across the United States and Canada 
  • Ensure quality control of contract entry and all marketing products 
  • Adhere to standard operating procedure, state, federal, manufacturer, and company regulations 
  • Marketing creation using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Create all marketing for direct marketing campaigns, including but not limited to direct mail materials, event marketing materials, online banner ads, and targeted emails 
  • Fulfill premium, giveaway, vendor set up, and any other orders associated with marketing campaigns 
  • Follow process documentation for each marketing campaign with documented timelines and service-level agreements 

Account Coordinator Requirements  

  • Strong customer service mindset with the proven ability to enhance customer relationships  
  • Proven ability to respond to high-stress situations and meet tight deadlines  
  • Outstanding communication skills  
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision  
  • Positive, team player attitude  
  • Ability to multi-task  
  • Availability to work additional hours as needed  
  • College degree preferred or related experience  
  • Experience in the use of Adobe Creative Suite or Adobe InDesign preferred
