Position Overview
We are in search of an experienced QA Tester to ensure that our digital products, including websites, applications, and other deliverables, meet the highest standards of quality. This role is crucial in ensuring an optimal user experience for our clients and their audiences.
1. Testing & QA Processes:
Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for our digital projects.
Identify, record, and thoroughly document any discrepancies or defects found during testing.
Perform regression testing once issues have been addressed.
2. Collaboration:
Work closely with our development team to identify potential quality issues and areas for improvement.
Engage with project managers to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to quality standards.
3. Tools & Technologies:
Utilize and adapt various QA tools and methodologies to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of our digital outputs.
Stay informed on new testing tools and strategies relevant to our industry.
4. Feedback & Reporting:
Provide feedback to the development team regarding potential enhancements or adjustments.
Prepare detailed QA reports and metrics for internal reviews.
