We're on the hunt for an eager, hands-on, and creative team member who can produce high-quality video content from start to finish. As our Video Content Creator, you'll be responsible for everything from creative development and filming to editing and publishing. And that's not all - we're looking for someone who can craft strong messaging for client-facing content, B2B content, and podcasts too.

What's more, we need someone who's willing and able to travel domestically when the situation calls for it. If you're a go-getter who loves to be hands-on and is always up for a new challenge, we want to hear from you!

Videographer/Editor Essential Job Functions

• Serve as a multimedia communications strategist, creative manager, and producer. 
• Strong experience in video content creation, including filming, editing, and publishing for multiple platforms.
• Ability to light and shoot high-end video, both in-studio and on-location.
• Ability to produce compelling messaging for client-facing content, B2B content, and podcasts.
• Work with other members of the marketing team to conceptualize promotional content and marketing campaigns.
• Develop and manage an organized video archive.
• Assist the marketing team with posting video content to J&L’s primary social channels and monitoring those channels for the purpose of responding to audience needs. 
• Responsible for maintaining equipment.
• Organized, dependable, ability to work in high-paced environments.

  Videographer/Editor Requirements

• 2+ years in video production. 
• Expertise Knowledge: Editing, equipment setup, lighting, audio recording and leveling, and color-correcting.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. 
• Strong skills in written, oral, visual, and strategic communication.
• Technical knowledge of live streaming events. 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, employing strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• A strong team orientation, accompanied by effective skills in client relations and establishing a productive rapport with video subjects. 

Videographer/Editor Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree: cinema/film, communications, marketing, or another relevant degree. 

• Ability and demonstrated experience in the planning and production of multimedia content that tells engaging stories.
• Experience in the use of social media.
