Digital Marketing Strategist

Salary Range:  $50000 - $70000 year

The primary role of our Digital Marketing Strategist is product innovation and improvement.  We are looking for someone who is innovative, tech-savvy, data-driven, and has significant experience in handling both paid marketing platforms.  Our ideal Strategist loves data and can analyze, innovate, optimize, and support our digital clients and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Digital Marketing Strategist Responsibilities:  

  • Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns from concept to launch 
  • Monitor KPIs, and set up mechanisms to measure multiple campaigns across many online channels 
  • Elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including management, IT, and other teams for product innovation  
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns that will improve results for all industries we serve 
  • Draw meaningful conclusions from campaign data and identify potential opportunities for improvement 
  • Evaluate new digital capabilities and present them to the managers and directors 
  • Create and enhance process documentation 
  • Assist Digital Marketing Team with improved reporting through Google Analytics and J&L’s Reporting Dashboard 
  • Assist Digital Marketing Manager with ongoing team development and support

  

Digital Marketing Strategist Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field 
  • Strong data analytics experience is a plus 
  • 5+ years of Google Ads, Meta, and various other marketing channels 
  • 5+ years of Google Analytics experience 
  • Google Tag Manager experience preferred 
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics Certifications are preferred 
  • Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment 
  • Proven data analysis and critical thinking skills
