Digital Marketing Manager

Salary Range:  $60000 - $75000 year

A first-rate Digital Marketing Manager will have a thorough understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.  The Digital Marketing Manager will work with the digital department and support internal teams (such as graphic designers and IT) to help launch campaigns on time and on budget for the Clients we serve.  We are looking for a talented, motivated, and highly collaborative individual to bring expertise and a forward-thinking approach to our team. 

 

To be successful as a Digital Marketing Manager, you should have strong technical skills and be able to present actionable insights to inform digital marketing strategies while leading a team of Digital Marketing Analysts.  A top-notch Digital Marketing Manager should also have excellent analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and work well in a team environment. 

 

Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities: 

  • Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies 
  • Collaborate on designing and overseeing aspects of our digital marketing department
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets 
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our client’s traffic and results 
  • Train and development of Digital Marketing Analysts 
  • Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed 
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) 


Digital Marketing Manager Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is required  
  • 5+ years of Google Ads & Microsoft Ads experience 
  • 5+ years of Google Analytics experience 
  • 5+ years of Meta Advertising experience 
  • 5+ years leading, developing, and growing a marketing team 
  • Experience using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics required 
  • Google Ads Certifications required 
  • Experience in a deadline-driven environment 
  • Proven data analytics and critical thinking skills 
  • Proven management experience preferred
