In this role, your daily tasks will involve meeting prospective customers in the local area. You'll be the face of Heiler Painting, engaging with clients at their homes, presenting a friendly demeanor, discussing their painting needs, delivering accurate estimates, and conveying the unique value of choosing Heiler Painting. Your ultimate goal is to transform these leads into raving fans.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of sales experience, with a preference for a background in providing services to residential customers within industries such as painting, construction, renovation, or other home services.

• Proficiency in understanding estimating standards.

• A demonstrated passion for success and a proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.

• Strong communication skills to effectively articulate the value proposition of Heiler Painting.

• Exceptional listening skills, enabling you to comprehend and address customer needs.

• Be driven, reliable, and self-accountable for achieving results.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

Compensation:

• Base + Commission (Anticipated First Year Earnings: $80,000 - $110,000)
