Job Description: We seek a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing top-notch customer service and ensuring our clients have a seamless experience with Heiler Painting. Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text messages 

- Provide accurate information regarding our painting services

- Assist customers with placing scheduling estimates, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have

- Maintain customer records and update information as necessary in our database.

- Uphold our company's reputation for excellence in customer service.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

- Previous experience in customer support or a related field preferred.

- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
