Retail Sales Managers will work closely with other team leaders and representatives to help execute brand awareness strategies. Managers are responsible for managing a sales office, teaching training and developing their staff to promote clientele products/services via face-to-face advertising in-store retail locations. Candidates must complete a 6 month training process before officially becoming a retail sales manager.
Job Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma
Entry-level position, no experience necessary but recommended
Customer service and sales experience recommended
Follow directions and receive feedback from management staff
Passion for sales, leadership role, and competitive environment
Job Responsibilities:
In-store marketing campaigns
Generate new acquisitions with face-to-face marketing
Customer service and sales
Building relationships with potential customers
Maintain relationships with retail store managers
Maintain relationships with big box retailers
Hit or exceed clients' lead generation and revenue quotas
Interview and hire great candidates, explain the job details and growth opportunity
Ability to coach, train, and develop team members in face-to-face marketing
