**Key Responsibilities:**- Warmly greet and assist patients as they arrive- Schedule and confirm appointments- Manage patient records and handle confidential information with care- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow- Handle billing and insurance processing- Support patient reactivation efforts-Enroll patients in dental treatments-Be coachable-Be open to continuous and never ending improvement
