Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Administrative Team Member. As part of our administrative department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Providing excellent customer service to our patients, both in person and over the phone.
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling billing and insurance claims.
  • Collaborating with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records and assist in any necessary financial tasks.
  • Working as part of a team to ensure a smooth and seamless patient experience.
  • Constantly seeking opportunities to learn and develop new skills in order to enhance your contribution to the team.
