We have an annual CE allowance that our team members are able to utilize to go to classes they feel would be beneficial and elevate the way we take care of patients. We love when someone goes to a class and is able to come back and transfer some of the knowledge or skills they learned to other team members to help facilitate growth across the team. 

Our doctors utilize the best technology that modern dentistry has to offer for our patients including CEREC crowns, CT scans, clear aligners utilizing both primescan and iTero, solea laser, therapeutic Botox, guided implant placement and laser therapy for periodontal disease. Our teams are trained on how this technology works, how to explain it to our patients, and best practices for each.

Beyond continuing education, as team members progress through their training on the team, there is opportunity to become a leader in different subject matters within the team which allows for educational and financial growth.

We also have a coach that is dedicated to culture and communication within the practice- amazing skills that are applicable to your everyday life as well as within the practice!
