Responsibilities:
Patient Consultation: Conduct initial consultations with patients to understand their dental concerns, discuss treatment options, and answer their questions or address their concerns.
Treatment Plan Presentation: Presenting the dentist's treatment recommendations to patients, explaining the details, benefits, and potential risks of each procedure clearly and understandably.
Treatment Coordination: Developing and coordinating treatment plans for patients, including scheduling appointments, organizing the sequence of procedures, and ensuring the timely completion of treatments.
Financial Arrangements: Discussing treatment costs, providing estimates, and assisting patients in understanding insurance coverage, payment options, and financing plans.
Patient Communication: Maintaining regular and clear communication with patients to keep them informed about their treatment progress, upcoming appointments, and any changes or adjustments to their treatment plan.
Record Keeping: Accurately documenting patient information, treatment plans, progress notes, and financial transactions in dental software or patient management systems.
Coordination with Dental Team: Collaborating with dentists, dental assistants, hygienists, and other team members to ensure seamless coordination and continuity of patient care.
