We are a private Cosmetic and General Practice in Scottsdale looking for a dental assistant with a proactive nature, a strong sense of ownership, integrity and a can-do attitude. We have a patient centered practice with a small team and do not run a hectic or frantic schedule because that is not the environment that we want for our patients. Due to this philosophy of care, the majority of our patients have been with us for many years. The perfect candidate for us will value this culture and strive to provide a peaceful and pleasant experience for our patients and work environment.
The assistant will be responsible for the normal functions of a dental practice. These duties are a basic dental industry standard and are listed below. X-ray certification is required. Experience with Softdent software is a plus but not required. We firmly believe that a person with integrity and a can-do attitude as their core values is the best fit for us. While experience is preferred, we are willing to hire and continue to train a new grad who has these qualities. We are looking forward to our long-term fit.
