You will lead initiatives and related efforts to increase customer loyalty while delivering on our standards for customer service. 

Responsibilities:

• Support the needs of our sales team by managing the creation of new sales, assisting with new account setup, and performing pricing analyses.

• Stay up-to-date on any sales specials that may be happening.

• Inform customers of products and services that best fit their needs.

• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.

• Build and maintain positive and professional relationships with clients, customers, and fellow team members.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for working both independently and in a team setting

• Excellent organizational skills and pride in accuracy and attention to detail

• Diligent follow-up, organization, and project management abilities

• Proven ability to establish and complete goals

• Interest in and ability to learn new software, including CRM system
