My name is Nicole Hoiland and I'm the dentist and owner at City of Lakes Dental. We are a growing private practice in search of another hygienist to add to our amazing team. Are you familiar with Southwest Minneapolis?  We're close to Lake Harriet and on the border with Richfield and Edina. 

A little about what your day and schedule would look like at the office: 

•         90 minutes for new adult patients and 60 minutes for adult recall
•         90 minutes for an established adult patient who need a full set of x rays. 
•         Children are typically 40-50 minute recalls.
•         Flexible scheduling if you need more time to treat a patient's individual needs.

Teamwork is very important at our office. The front desk team member keeps an eye on your schedule, updating you with any changes.  The other hygienists, assistants and I are always willing to jump in and seat a patient or help flip your room if we're free and you're running behind.  I'm always willing to apply any fluoride varnish needed after I'm done with the exam for efficiency, allowing you to write notes or tx plan.   

Other things to know about the office: 

•         There are catered lunches for staff meetings.
•         We enjoy team outings regularly and have holiday parties. 
•         I love birthdays and don't think anyone should work on their birthday. I offer a paid day off on your special day to celebrate you.
•        There is paid time off for part time employees.  I'm flexible with vacation and will try and accommodate to the best of my ability, even short-term requests.
•         All employees get a retirement match.

Currently I'm looking for a hygienist for Tuesday (9:30am-6:30pm) and Thursday (8am-3pm).  The salary is competitive with a potential bonus program in the near future. I'd love to talk to you about what you're looking for and see if it's a good match.
