We’re searching for a friendly Patient Care Coordinator to ensure our patients’ appointments are properly booked, rescheduled, or canceled based on their needs. The Patient Coordinator's duties include answering phones, responding to voicemails, inputting patient information into our computer system, including insurance benefits, answering patients’ inquiries, and coordinating referrals to other dental professionals. You must be able to manage and maintain patient waiting spaces as well as front-desk areas.

Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming patients warmly
- Update information and ensure accuracy
- Development of Phone Skills through company provided training/resources
- Engage with patients via text, call, and email in order to assist them in resolving their dental concerns by way of appointment
- Balance the demands of receiving inbound phone calls while making a high volume of outbound calls to patients that have expressed interest in scheduling Technology expectations:
