We are a growing metal manufacturing company in Stuart, FL looking for a Customer Service Representative / Estimator to join our team!

The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Administrative Experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Flexible with hours if needed
• Critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills
• Time management skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Construction or roofing experience preferred but not required
• Must be physically able to lift between 20-30 lbs at minimum
• High School Diploma preferred

Responsibilities:

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

- This is a Full Time position

- Regular office hours Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm

- Salary is based on experience.
