Customer Service Representative Duties & Responsibilities:

• Promote brand awareness for a global, 100+ year old brand
• Align Customers needs with our products
• Provide accurate and valid information for the customers
• Handle questions, complaints, and returns and find appropriate solutions quickly
• Train customers on products and our services
• Assist customers in product orders

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age 
• Friendly and professional demeanor 
• Customer-oriented and passionate about helping others
• Completion of the training offered
