CAP Productions is a subbranch with 6 locations and over 5.2 million in revenue in our last financial year. We have been serving the greater Indiana location for over 12 years. Richmond is our main office, but we also have locations in Muncie, Connersville, New Castle, Lafayette, and Bellefontaine, OH. Our goal is to open many new stores in the midwestern parts of Ohio by the first quarter. We are passionate about maintaining a POSITIVE experience with each customer!

Job at a Glance: 

This is an entry-level position open for individuals who love helping others and providing information to make lives easier and better. Our ideal candidate is customer-oriented, has exceptional communication skills and loves working in a team setting. A Customer Service Rep on our team will be responsible for all the verbal and written communication with our customers. Therefore, we would love to have someone who knows how to listen and remain patient and cheerful throughout the day. Additional responsibilities include assisting customers with questions and maintenance of equipment, requires light assembly. If this sounds like you, don’t hesitate to apply for the position.

• 18 years or older
• No experience needed. We provide you the skills you’ll need!

• Leads are provided for our reps so they can focus on making the sale and closing the deal vs spending their time prospecting.

Job Type: Full Time/ Part-Time 

Pay: $700 per week, paid on Saturday

Sign-On Bonus: $500/$1,000

Supplemental Pay: Weekly Bonuses
