Position Overview
The mission of this role is to drive residential roofing sales while embodying Axis Roofing’s core values of service, integrity, and excellence. This is an opportunity for highly motivated and experienced roofing sales experts who are passionate about delivering results and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and close sales: Build a robust sales pipeline through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and networking.
Expand customer base: Cultivate relationships with homeowners, contractors, and other key contacts.
Lead with service: Deliver exceptional customer service to establish trust and loyalty.
Roof inspections: Conduct detailed inspections, educate customers on roofing solutions, and present tailored proposals.
Meet and exceed goals: Drive revenue by consistently achieving or surpassing weekly, monthly, and annual KPIs.
Strategic growth: Build a reputation within the community by participating in events, leveraging referrals, and networking.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance claims processes and Xactimate software is a major plus.
Self-motivation: A results-driven mindset with a proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales goals.
Resilience: The ability to adapt to challenges and maintain a positive, fearless attitude.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and documentation skills to build trust with clients.
Physical capability: Must be able to carry a ladder, walk on roofs, and perform inspections.
Credentials: A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required. Drone certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in roofing or construction sales.
Knowledge of insurance claims and Xactimate software is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to work independently while meeting sales targets.
Strong networking skills to grow leads via referrals, door-to-door outreach, and community events.
Coachable and team-oriented with a desire for continuous improvement.
Professional appearance and demeanor.

What You’ll Do Daily
Conduct sales appointments and close deals.
