What You’ll Do:

On a daily basis, you will engage with individuals and cultivate business relationships to generate a steady flow of leads for our roofing company. This role involves participating in numerous networking meetings each week, conducting office visits to both new and existing contacts, and developing marketing content, gifts, and events to strengthen relationships with our key partners.

• Build and Maintain Relationships: Leverage your exceptional social skills to create and nurture new business connections. Your ability to engage with clients and partners will be key to our continued success.
• Drive Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients. Your creativity and business acumen will help us reach new heights.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to align on objectives and strategies. Your insights will help shape our business development efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

This job requires you to be motivated, energetic and independent as you will be visiting offices and attending events and meetings daily, you must enjoy meeting new people, socializing at events and having variety in your daily work.  

• Experience in Marketing or Business Development: Your background in these areas is required to boost you and will give you a solid foundation for success in this role.
• Passion for People: You should be outgoing, energetic, and genuinely enjoy building relationships.
• Roofing Knowledge (Optional but Helpful): While not required, familiarity with the roofing or home services industry will be a plus. We’re happy to provide training to get you up to speed.
