Salary Range:  $52000 - $138800 year

Our company is looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to join our awesome team. Your responsibilities in this role will include developing and sustaining relationships with existing customers and identifying potential new customers, which includes generating new leads and responding to company leads. As a bridge between the company and customer you will be providing assistance and product information, and resolving issues. You will also assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals and monitor customer accounts through successful project completion. 

Additionally, you will track sales activity within our client relationships management tool.

To be successful as a Project Manager you should have exceptional communication, product knowledge, problem-solving, adaptability, and organizational skills.

Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain relationships with existing customers
  • Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
  • Respond to inquiries and complaints and provide product information to customers
  • Track sales activity and performance metrics
  • Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payments
  • Identify potential customers and evaluate new strategic business opportunities
  • Achieve sales, performance, and profit goals
  • Prepare and maintain reports on sales activities and outcomes
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
  • Establish and implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals
  • Assist with cross-selling and promotion of products
  • Handle additional administrative tasks if needed

 Project Manager Requirements:

  • Prior sales experience 
  • In-depth understanding of sales and customer service principles
  • Strong knowledge of the market and customer dynamics
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
