We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Property Inspection Driver. In this role, you will be responsible for driving to various commercial properties during the evening hours to conduct inspections for specific items.

Responsibilities:

• Drive to designated commercial properties according to the assigned schedule.
• Conduct thorough inspections of the properties, focusing on specific items outlined by the company.
• Document findings accurately and promptly.
• Communicate any issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Valid Texas Driver's License.
• Clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday - Saturday
