The team at Landmark Smiles has over 180 years in dentistry collectively.  With years of experience and dental understanding the team at Landmark Smiles can handle any situation that comes their way.   Our doctors rely upon the expertise of the clinical team around them and without fail the team delivers.  The administrative team has a full understanding of the clinical procedures and they partner with the clinical team to make sure all patients understand why they need the dentistry the doctors recommend.  Our longest employee here has been with Dr. Alverson since 1989.

Dental Hygienist Responsibilities: 

• Provide superior patient care and service
• Exhibit outstanding customer service and hospitality as well as chair side manner.
• Take digital radiographs and intra oral photos
• Educate patients in oral hygiene, health, periodontal disease as well as procedures and services; establish/communicate continued care.
• Maintain accurate notes in patients chart

Dental Hygienists Requirements: 

• Valid AZ Dental Hygienist License
• Laser and certifications preferred 
• Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA & CPR training as required by law
