We derive our WHY from the need to provide for those that are unable to receive treatment on their own. We have two specific days throughout the year that we host a free extraction day for local residents of Northwest Arkansas to have free extractions or free SRP treatments. We partner with Dustin's Dream to provide free extractions to residents of Guatemala 1-2 times a year. We also do monthly donations throughout Northwest Arkansas to help support local businesses and nonprofits. We are not just a Dental Office!

We do not live to work, we work to live. We understand that it is important to most employees to have a good work/life balance and we promote spending time with our loved ones. We believe that family should always come first, and with that mindset we have tailored our schedule to provide more time during the week to spend with our families. Most employees have at least one day off during the week, and we NEVER work weekends. We are NOT just a Dental Office!

Most people do not enjoy coming to see the dentist, and sometimes we actually have patients that say they hate the dentist. We work as a team to give each patient the best experience possible. We go out of our way to make our patients day a little better, whether that is greeting them with a smile, complimenting them on their appearance, or helping explain any treatment they may need or concerns we have for their oral health. We care for our patients not only as a medical provider, but also on a personal level too. If they are going through any difficulties in life and we hear about it, we try to send flowers and/or a note letting them know we are thinking of them. We are NOT just a Dental Office!

Teamwork makes the dream work. We believe in creating a positive work environment that promotes equality and personal development. At Mint, we want our employees to know their worth, and we establish this in multiple ways. We have a weekly spotlight that highlights an employee that is doing exceptionally well. They are provided a drink of their choice and their lunch one day out of the week! We encourage our team to write shout outs about their fellow employees to help uplift and strengthen each others self esteem. A few shout outs are read every morning to let the team know how great everyone is doing! We spend one half day every month providing training on any new equipment, and sharing our thoughts and suggestions on how to make our practice better for our patients and each other.

We are NOT just a Dental Office, we are a FAMILY!
