Sisters Cleaning LLC is excited to announce a new opening for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is designed for someone who thrives in making spaces immaculate, organized, and welcoming. As vital members of our team, our housekeepers ensure that all areas of our clients' residences are spotless and arranged according to our high standards of quality.
Employees report to our office located in Germantown, WI, from there you work with a team in the field in a company vehicle. Requires physical presence, thus it is not a remote job. We are looking for a candidate who is ready to work in a lively, fast-paced environment, and is committed to providing exceptional service to every client. Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing to ensure all rooms are cared for according to company standards.
- Manage a consistent schedule of trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, and restroom service to ensure optimal cleanliness.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are maintained in a safe, clean, and operable condition.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies; make appropriate procurement requests to avoid inadequacies.
- Handle basic maintenance and minor repair issues.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
- Respond to special cleaning requests.
- Maintain a professional demeanor with colleagues and clients, preserving privacy and confidentiality.
- Provide meticulous attention to detail and display a justified pride in ensuring areas are cleaned to the best possible standard.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a housekeeper, cleaner, or similar role. NOT NECESSARY WE WILL TRAIN
- Proficiency in handling basic and advanced cleaning equipment.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies; familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets.
- Integrity and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina and mobility including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull required load (usually about 30lbs).
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Best-of-the-best in floor, windows, and restroom cleaning practices, maintaining a pristine environment.
