• Privately owned, single location practice. We treat staff like family & patients like friends (non-corporate!). We have 6 hygienists, 2 visiting oral surgeons & our own master ceramist.  50% of patients are perio maintenance. Averaging 60 new patients per month for last 18 months by being ethical, forming genuine connections & giving education (never any upsell) 

• Fee For Service & only in network with Delta Premier, so looking for someone whose values align with this model & prefers QUALITY over quantity

Role Overview: 

• Must have 3 yrs min experience (no recent grads)
• Role is 4 days p/week 
• DDS or DMD, AZ licensed & professional liability insurance. Proficiency in Dentrix & HIPAA compliant
