Position Overview:  Are you passionate about clinical excellence and delivering top-tier patient experiences? We're seeking a caring DA to join our esteemed team. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of our dental program providing comprehensive dental care, from being the doctor’s right hand, to having the ability to connect with patients, and striving to provide the best patient experience, you will be a key contributor to the success of our practice. You will mentor a first year DA and have independent responsibility from day one and expand your knowledge of cosmetic dentistry and aesthetics.

Hours:    Mon to Fri 8am-5pm (4 day rostered work week) 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Giving patients a great experience & education on oral health 
• Recording vitals, medical / dental history, perform charting 
• Taking x-rays & before / after photos 
• Sterilization & sanitization, maintaining supplies & equipment, assisting with patient flow, set up & breakdown of operatories 
• Taking impressions & retainer fabrication
• Proficiency with temporary crown fabrication, retraction cord placement, use of intraoral scanner, placement of Invisalign attachments 
• Always looking for ways to improve systems and processes
• Work as a team player and support other team members 

Requirements:

• RDA or EFDA with x-ray certification 
• Min 2 yrs experience
• Exposure to cosmetic dental procedures & Invisalign 
• Proficient with Dentrix & working in fully digital office
