• Privately owned, single location practice. We treat staff like family & patients like friends (non-corporate!). We have 6 hygienists, 2 visiting oral surgeons & our own master ceramist. Averaging 60 new patients per month by being ethical, forming genuine connections & giving education (never any upsell). 

• Primarily Fee For Service & only in network with Delta Premier, so looking for someone whose values align with this model & prefers QUALITY over quantity. We outsource all our statements, billing & A/R so we can focus on service and patient needs.

Role Overview:

• Accurately coordinate treatment & guide patients through dental journey with care & compassion, & solving scheduling hurdles
• Take ownership of patient flow, ensuring appointments are efficiently scheduled & the day is prepared in advance with patient & dentist needs 
• Collaborate closely with clinical team to ensure seamless coordination of patient care 

Qualifications: 

• Min 10yrs dental front office in treatment co-ordinator role (advanced knowledge of cosmetic dentistry, prosthodontics & oral surgery is BIG PLUS)
• STRONG proficiency in Dentrix
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations 

Schedule: Mon to Thurs 8am-5pm, every second Friday 8am-2pm
