Position Overview: Are you detail-oriented and passionate about delivering top-tier patient experiences? We're seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our esteemed team. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of our hygiene program, ensuring seamless scheduling and continuing care, meticulous record-keeping, and unparalleled patient service. You will also be supporting our patient treatment coordinator and visiting specialists with various activities (oral surgeon, implantologist, endodontist). You will have independent responsibility from day one and expand your knowledge of cosmetic dentistry and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Deliver exceptional patient service with compassion and care 
• Efficiently schedule and manage hygiene appointments using advanced dental software 
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulations 
• Execute daily close-out procedures to uphold the integrity of practice records 
• Engage in proactive patient communication and follow-up strategies 

Qualifications: 

• Min 3 years experience in dental front office  
• Proficiency in dental software, particularly Dentrix, is highly preferred 
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations 
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Suite

Rate:  $21 - 26/hr (DOE)

Hours of Operation:  Monday to Thursdays 8am-5pm, Fridays 8am-2pm
