Required experience:
- Customer service: 1 year
- Computer skills: 1 year
Highly preferred but not required:
- Experience in dental industry with dental insurance knowledge We have a training protocol and seek someone who is willing to learn.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Assisting team members in any non clinical efforts to manage smooth operations from the front and back
- Welcome our patients, employees, and guests with warmth & caring while on the phone and in person
- Assisting with collecting payments and scheduling patients
- Verifying and researching patient insurance coverage and relaying information to the patient in a way they can understand
- Committing yourself to Company's values and purpose
- Managing phone calls, texts and emails
- Holding yourself accountable
Job Type:
Part-time (possibility to change to full time in future)
Set schedule – No weekends or evenings -Monday to Wednesday - 8 hr. shifts
Pay: Competitive pay per hour depending on skills and/or qualifications
