Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to diagnose dental conditions.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, such as extractions, root canals, fillings, and crowns.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatments and progress.
- Stay abreast of advancements in dental technology and techniques to enhance treatment quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
- Educate and advise patients on preventive dental care and oral health best practices.
- Effectively manage dental emergencies.
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics and compliance with all dental and health care regulations.
- Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited university.
- Active dental license and malpractice insurance in NJ.
- Solid experience with dental procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, and emergency care.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of practicing dentistry.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Commitment to professional development and maintaining clinical excellence.
- Flexibility to accommodate patient scheduling needs, including potential extended hours.
- Comprehensive understanding of dental software and tools.
