Are you a bilingual (Spanish-English) professional with a passion for cleaning and leadership? We're looking for a dynamic and friendly Cleaning/Training Manager with at least 2 years of professional cleaning experience to help lead our amazing team, deliver exceptional customer service, and assist with cleaning!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Train and support our fantastic Spanish-speaking employees
  • Create engaging Spanish language training materials
  • Promote safety for our team and customers
  • Encourage excellence and motivate our team to be their best
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Communicate important client messages to the team
  • Resolve any client concerns with a smile
  • Schedule and follow up on touch-up cleanings
  • Handle any breakage or damage issues smoothly
  • Hire and train new team members
  • Assist with house cleaning when needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) fluency
  • Professional house cleaning experience
  • Leadership and training skills
  • Available to work Monday to Friday (8am till 5pm)
  • Valid drivers license and reliable insured vehicle

What we offer:

  • $18 per hours to start training 
  • Weekly Pay, direct deposit every Friday
  • No nights and no Weekends
  • Paid time off- Earn up to 5 days of PTO per year
