Bilingual House Cleaning Field Manager

We're looking for a bilingual (Spanish-English) cleaning/training manager with at least 2 years of professional cleaning experience to lead and train our staff, provide outstanding customer service, and assist with cleaning.

Responsibilities:

  • Train and support Spanish-speaking employees
  • Create Spanish language training materials
  • Promote safety for team and customers
  • Encourage excellence in the team
  • Provide great customer service
  • Communicate client messages to teams
  • Resolve client complaints
  • Schedule and follow up on touch-up cleanings
  • Handle breakage and damage issues
  • Hire and train new staff
  • Help with house cleaning

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) fluency
  • Professional house cleaning experience
  • Leadership and training skills
