Dorm Room Movers, a student moving and storage company serving over 200 campuses nationwide, is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and deploy marketing campaigns nationally. This is an incredible opportunity to have an impactful role in a fast growing company!

Seeking a leader to oversee the marketing department and will interface with the company founders, internal departments, vendors, partners and affiliates to conceptualize, execute, and manage Dorm Room Movers’ marketing efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversight and management of advertising campaigns and initiatives. Selection, negotiation, implementation and analysis of campaign. Optimization by identifying high & low performing mediums and markets.
• Oversee paid media agency (Paid Search & Social) - Ensure adherence to timelines and performance metrics for successful returns on advertising spend.
• Oversee creative firms or contractors to ensure assets are delivered on time and according to brand standards and campaign expectations.
• Oversee, collaborate with and develop in-house marketing coordinator for successful execution of on-campus initiatives.
• Identify, develop and maintain marketing partnership relationships.Monitor campaigns in realtime to adjust and optimize.

Requirements & Experience:

• 3+ years in marketing management
• Advertising background - understanding of what makes a successful ad creative, or email campaign. Understanding of advertising metrics and calculations needed to analyze the performance of various campaigns.
• Comfortable negotiating prices for cost-effectiveness
• Google analytics - advanced knowledge and experience-proficient in marketing analytics and measurement KPIs
• Experience in managing PPC campaigns, understanding of metrics to monitor for success.
• Email nurturing sequences - strong understanding of copywriting and email campaign architecture
• Excel - formulas, vlookup & pivot tables should be second nature
