**Role Summary:**
The Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, payroll administration, and the customer service department. This role will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources, excellent communication skills, and a passion for managing a small team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Administering and managing payroll efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
- Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to staff and management.
- Managing our customer service representative team to help them meet their goals, and follow their processes.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
