Manufacturing company with multiple product lines seeking a Technical Solutions Specialist with knowledge of small engine equipment parts, service and repair.  

Technical Solutions Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. You should also be familiar with help desk software.

Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, via phone or email
• Respond to internal company queries in a timely and accurate manner 
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem/expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Write and produce various materials as assigned including, but not limited to: training materials, operation manuals and professional communication to customers. 

Qualifications: 

• Mechanical aptitude a must, intermediate knowledge of machinery and parts
• Small engine equipment parts, service and repair background strongly encouraged to apply
• Proven customer support experience
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiar with CRM systems and practices
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Ability to work under pressure
• Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
• Computer Skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Patience when handling tough cases. 

Work hours are:   

• Monday through Thursday 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday 7 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.  

• Overtime could be required (extended hours on Friday).
