Kal’s Motor Group is a family owned and operated dealership looking for an Experienced and Qualified Finance & Insurance Team Assistant. We are a high-volume dealership specializing in providing late model, low mileage pre-owned vehicles for all aspects of customer credit. We also have a huge inventory of motorsports and RVs.   Position Summary: The Finance & Insurance (F&I) Team Assistant is responsible for assisting the Sales Manager and sales team in the planning, organizing, and management of sales personnel performance and profitability by having knowledge of the market and an in-depth understanding of the sales department, along with having strong customer relations skills.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•  The F&I Team Assistant is expected to uphold the highest ethical standards in every aspect of the job.
•  The F&I Team Assistant is expected to work well with the Sales Manager, Sales Team and the F&I department on a day to day basis. 
•  The F&I Team Assistant will be required to maintain the profitability of the dealership while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
•   Determine monthly and annual forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives and departmental profits.
•  Establish objectives with the Sales Manager on closing percentages, prospecting efforts, unit sales, time utilization and projected income.
• Review monthly productivity reports, salespeople’s monthly forecasts and profit performance with the General Manager 
• Establish and maintain standards for displaying, merchandising, and maintaining used vehicle inventory and lot.
• Assist salespeople in closing deals.
• Complete all training as directed by management.
• The F&I Team Assistant must keep abreast and ensure compliance of all federal, state, and local regulations.

 Qualifications:

• Proven track record with a minimum 2 years F&I experience
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Excellent organization and communication skills

  Job Type: Full-time   

Schedule: 

• Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm
• Every Other Saturday 8 am-2 pm

 Pay will be based on experience and will be discussed in the interview process.
