Dental Sales Consultant and Implant Closer

Salt Lake Dental is looking for a rock start Dental Sales professional with a "Can Do" attitude member to join our team. Must have sales in your blood!

As a patient advocate you will be solely responsible to turn a lead into a consult. Get leads to show up to their consults by using your talents to expedite trust and close any gaps patients may have, LIVE WITH A FOLLOW UP MENTALITY. 

Ability to work with integrity and provide the best experience for our patients. You have the ability to change peoples lives!

Requirements excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of confidence in yourself and what you're selling

Compensation and Benefits

- 55K base with uncapped bonus earning potential

-4.5 day work week 

-Competitive base with lucrative commission structure

KEY Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

- Provide exceptional customer service and guide them towards a YES

- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

- Administrative duties to include responding to incoming leads through our website and social media platforms

Additional Skills and Qualifications of a Successful Candidate:

- Strong communication, listening and negotiation skills

- Self-motivated, driven, and able to think outside of the box

- Must possess thorough and consistent follow up skills

- A strong desire to win and change lives

- minimum 2 years of consultative sales experience

-Business Degree is preferred not necessary

*Dental experience is preferred, but not necessary for the right candidate. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
