Qualifications
•Excellent customer service and effective communication skills are required
•Minimum 2-3 years of dental front office experience
•Warm, friendly, and positive personality
•Understand business and dental billing
•Advanced knowledge and use of dental terminology
•Knowledge of Dental Insurance process, billing, pre authorizations, eligibility
Responsibilities
Primary objective is to provide an outstanding experience to help patients get the care they need
•Provide patient consultations and communicate information about recommended treatments
•Calculate and coordinate fees for treatment
•Provide information for third party financing
•Build a strong professional relationship with each patient by providing follow up calls and coordination of future appointments
•Educate patients on dental care
•Participate and support marketing initiatives
