Required Skills:

• Eaglesoft 
• Advance knowledge and use of dental terminology 
• Proficient in dental insurance process, billing, pre-authorization and eligibility
• Warm, friendly, positive personality with a drive for growth. 
• Confident with treatment planning, calculating patient portions, and presenting high value treatment plans in a way that aligns with the patient to result in high case acceptance.
• Have a passion for calculated thinking, ability to analyze information, and   strategic problem-solving.  You must be able to prioritize business needs and adapt to change.  
• Ability to inspire others, align with team members, and ensure each individual is focused on what they can do to make the biggest impact for our patients and ultimately our business.
