Dental Office Manager Responsibilities:

• Work closely with owners & business driven
• Tracking KPIs & motivating team
• Training Staff
• Ensure patient flow 
• Managing hiring & onboarding/training 
• Managing productivity of staff
• Be able to diffuse high stress situations when they arise 
• Focus on high quality patient care
• Point of contact for employee schedule changes
• Oversee billing/collections follow ups- check A/R/delinquent accounts

Monday-Friday 

Qualifications:

• Must have 2+ years of Dental Management Experience
• Business focus
