We are going to be adding several Customer Service Representatives that can help our customers with product questions and assist them with using equipment. You will be responsible for helping customer by providing product and service information and resolving any technical issues. No experience is required, we provide training. Fast Track Management Program for motivated and reliable candidates may be offered at our Harker Heights and/or other Central Texas Locations! 

Customer Service Associate Duties and Responsibilities:

*Maintain Product Knowledge

* Provide accurate and valid information for the customers

* Answering client questions

* Handle order Transactions
