About Us

VIVAHR empowers small business owners to compete with hiring A-Players through Culture Marketing™ job posting software. To achieve our ambitious goals, we're looking for a sales development-minded individual to join our fast-growing team. The role will work with and create new leads and convert them into sales opportunities. These opportunities are for small businesses struggling to hire and are interested in how VIVAHR can 10X their hiring with our award-winning hiring solution.

The Sales Development Representative position is responsible for identifying and developing leads. VIVAHR is a growing brand with many influencers and media outlets mentioning our product. As these leads come in, you'll be responsible for converting them into qualified opportunities. There will be times when you'll be working with cold contacts to engage and generate interest. The goal is to grow VIVAHR's qualified leads. The ideal candidate will have experience working with B2B opportunities and a relentless desire for growth. We value intelligence, creativity, an upbeat demeanor, and critical thinking!

What You'll Do

  • Independently develop, negotiate and qualify new leads and convert them to opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally to get input and drive alignment with key partners (e.g., product, engineering, and marketing) on the feedback and insights of new opportunities.
  • Clearly and succinctly summarize KPIs and insights to share and present with executive leadership.
  • Bring knowledge in hiring, recruiting, and team building to act as a subject matter expert and leader within VIVAHR that brings innovative concepts to our customers.

Qualifications

Mandatory Understanding of The Following:

  • 2+ years of relevant sales experience
  • Experience with qualifying leads
  • Integrity to say no to a deal that doesn't make sense
  • A strong sense of ownership, drive, and solution-mindfulness
  • Proficient in writing both technical and conversational
  • An excellent teammate who is about a culture of belief in winning as a team
  • Ability to balance essential and impactful negotiating and prospecting continuously
  • Professional, friendly, and patient
  • Self-motivated to find solutions to problems
